Our Services

We offer a full range of manual lathes (6x manual lathes), manual mills (6x vertical mills, 2x horizontal mills), CNC lathes (3x 2-axis Mori Seiki Lathes, 1x 3-axis Mori Seiki Lathe), and CNC Vertical Machining Centers (2x Hardinge Conquest VMCs). We also have thread rolling machines (up to 1-3/8 inch), grinding machines (1x surface & 1x Cylindrical), honing machines, sandblasting and welding capabilities. For turning, our maximum OD is 19 inches (max length 8 feet), and for milling our maximum material size (in one operation) is 19x40 (inches), though larger pieces can be machined on a case by case basis.
